Escape with 3 Kick

Escape Fitness used the occasion of Leisure Industry Week 2007 to unveil its latest workout, 3 Kick.

Designed to offer a fresh alternative to full body workouts and suitable for a wide range of users, 3 Kick comprises three vertical poles cushioned with resilient foam pads that can be punched and kicked.

The game starts by hitting a pad. A light then comes on in another pad and a signal sounds indicating that the user should hit the target. The light goes off once the pad is struck, and another randomly switches on elsewhere.

The game moves as quickly as the player, making it ideal for children and adults and beginners to advanced users.

It comes with a computerised score keeper and timer. The score is based on speed, with points being accumulated as the targets are hit, and users can improve their score by responding faster to the signals. The score keeper also makes it easy to track daily progress.

Up to three people can use 3 Kick at one time, meaning users can play against themselves, others or as part of a team.

With a compact 2.5m x 2.5m footprint, the game - which has already been successfully installed at Next Generation’s clubs in Hatfield and Swindon - fits easily onto the gym floor, studio or dedicated zone.
